Are you currently operating different plugins or widgets which quicken it up? 1) What would you rather? Children get pregnant or have an STD, or be safe. Not saying I agree but if they are going to have sex as young as 12 at least someone is doing the right thing by making it safe sex. If their parents can;t, someone should.

2) Sex between 2 people is not illegal if they are both under sixteen. The law is there to keep children safe, children cannot be arrested if they are both consenting to sex.
